Westgate Arcade, Halifax

Westgate Arcade is a pedestrian shopping street in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Westgate was originally built as an access road to the Piece Hall and by the late 1990's had become one of the least used roads in Halifax. Between 2004 and 2006 the area was pedestrianised and a canopy added to give the area a indoor shopping feel. It's is now home to a number of independent shops and restaurants.
